Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: All ordered are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days or sooner. All packages are shipped via USPS. Reina Bella LLC is not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or packages with the incorrect address information that was inputted at checkout by the customer.

Local Pickup Policy: Orders that are placed for local pickup take 1 day (24 hours) to be fulfilled and available for pickup.
